Q&A ENGINEERS Graduate Programme

GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Launch your engineering career with Q&A Engineers

At Q&A Engineers, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of engineering talent. Our graduate programme offers exceptional opportunities for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills across various engineering disciplines.

Our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme now spans all spheres of engineering — civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, water, transportation and more — so students can gain experience in the field most relevant to their studies.

We partner with institutions of higher learning to provide students and fresh graduates with the opportunity to gain WIL in as many fields related to their engineering discipline as possible. To fulfil the requirements of a National Diploma or degree in Engineering, a student must complete at least one full year of WIL in employment, supervised by a suitably qualified mentor registered with ECSA.

New graduates are placed with both the Consultant (Engineer) and the Contractor to prepare them for all eventualities they will be exposed to on a project site. Students are placed on engineering and construction projects across our disciplines for a maximum duration of one year.
