New Chief Executive Officer
Mr Tsepo Tsimong
Q&A Engineers (Pty) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tsepo Tsimong as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as of December 2025. This strategic appointment marks a significant milestone as the company positions itself for accelerated growth and increased impact within the engineering and construction industry in the coming years.
The Board of Directors has taken this decision in line with Q&A Engineers’ long-term vision to strengthen leadership capacity, expand its footprint, and enhance service delivery across its multidisciplinary operations. We are confident that Mr. Tsimong’s leadership will play a critical role in driving the company’s next phase of growth and transformation.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Tsimong served as Chief Operating Officer at Q&A Engineers, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strengthening internal systems, and contributing meaningfully to the firm’s continued success. His leadership is characterised by a strong balance of technical expertise and strategic insight. As a results-driven and growth-oriented professional, Mr. Tsimong brings a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in multidisciplinary consulting engineering. His leadership approach extends beyond day-to-day operations, encompassing a clear strategic vision aligned with the organisation’s long-term objectives and stakeholder value creation.
Mr. Tsimong is an accomplished industry expert with over 12 years of industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Free State (UFS). He is also a registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
